Welcome to *AnimalExplorer - Jungle*! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the *AnimalExplorer - Jungle* mobile application (“App”), a premium app designed for children aged 4–10, developed by Kenny Lee (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including parents or guardians purchasing or supervising use of the App for children.
By purchasing or using *AnimalExplorer - Jungle*, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time, with changes posted on this page. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use *AnimalExplorer - Jungle* for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store’s terms of service. The App, including its code, graphics, sounds, and content (e.g., 11 levels, mini-games like *Collect Logs* and *Jungle Sounds*), is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:
*AnimalExplorer - Jungle* is a premium app, offering an ad-free, educational adventure for children aged 4–10. Players join Explorer Cat and friends to save a jungle through 11 levels of story-driven gameplay and mini-games. The App operates offline, requiring no internet connection, and currently includes no in-app purchases. Future updates may introduce optional cosmetic purchases (e.g., character skins), which will require parental consent via a gating mechanism (e.g., a math question like “What is 8 + 5?”).
You are responsible for ensuring the App is used appropriately by children under your supervision, in accordance with its intended age group and content.
*AnimalExplorer - Jungle* is available for a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We do not handle payment processing or offer direct refunds. Contact Apple Support for refund requests. Future cosmetic in-app purchases, if introduced, will also be processed through the App Store and subject to its terms.
You agree to use *AnimalExplorer - Jungle* in compliance with all applicable laws, including those related to children’s privacy (e.g., COPPA). You must not:
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the App and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
All content in *AnimalExplorer - Jungle*, including characters (e.g., Explorer Cat, Coati, Moai), story elements (e.g., the Emerald Heart narrative), music, and artwork, is owned by Kenny Lee or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App’s content without our written permission.
We may terminate or suspend your access to *AnimalExplorer - Jungle* if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete it from your device. Termination does not entitle you to a refund, which is handled by Apple’s policies.
*AnimalExplorer - Jungle* is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. You use the App at your own risk, subject to applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenny Lee is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of *AnimalExplorer - Jungle*, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, or financial loss. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App and seek a refund through Apple’s policies.
*AnimalExplorer - Jungle* is designed for children aged 4–10 and complies with COPPA. Parents or guardians must supervise use and ensure children do not share personal information through the App (e.g., via external device features). Future cosmetic purchases will include parental consent mechanisms to prevent unauthorized transactions.
We may update *AnimalExplorer - Jungle* to add features (e.g., cosmetic items), fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates are subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, subject to Apple’s App Store terms.
